We love a good highlighting eye pencil. Usually we opt for a simple white liner but when we found the Eye Bright pencil we fell in love. This pencil has a soft pink tone so it isn't has harsh as a white pencil and it really perks up your eyes. We love using it in the corners of our eyes when we need a little pick-me-up and lining the water line for date nights when you want all eyes on your eyes. |
